Mamma Mia Restaurant

Design of a restaurant offering an immersive experience while meeting the operational requirements of a space open to the public.

The project is built on a strong identity, expressed through volumes, materials and staging, to create a distinctive and coherent place.

Particular attention was paid to the organization of spaces and flows to ensure smooth operations (welcome, circulation, service) while guaranteeing customer comfort.

The overall design integrates public-access building (ERP) constraints, regulatory standards and operating needs, with an approach that balances aesthetics, efficiency and clarity.
