Complete renovation of a three-story building on rue Courbet in Nancy, converted into six rental apartments (40 to 50 m²). The client wanted a Japandi-inspired atmosphere, blending Scandinavian warmth with Japanese serenity. This comes through in light woods, natural tones and organic textures that bring calm and coherence to every space.
The project highlights light, volume and raw materials to create contemporary, balanced and timeless interiors.
Construction budget: €550,000
