Contemporary Kitchen

Renovation of a contemporary kitchen

The client wanted a dark, pared-back and deeply minimalist setting, in keeping with the rest of the apartment in Paris’s 6th arrondissement. The work transformed the kitchen into a sober, sculptural space where every element sits exactly in its place.

The dark wood cabinetry plays against a textured stone island whose geometric rigor brings stability and character. Precisely suspended linear lighting underlines the symmetry and purity of the lines.

Fluted glass doors filter the light and heighten the sense of intimacy, while hinting at the adjoining spaces. The result: a hushed, elegant and timeless atmosphere, where luxury is expressed through simple materials and precise details.
