Café Villiers-sur-Marne

Renovation of a former hair salon transformed into a family café, designed to welcome children and parents in a friendly, warm atmosphere. The project rethinks the volumes and the ambience to create a lively meeting place, halfway between a neighborhood café and a space to unwind.

The area shown in this image is entirely dedicated to children aged 3 to 10. It includes several zones with tables, books and games that encourage curiosity, creativity and independence. Parents, seated in an adjoining area, can enjoy a moment of relaxation over a coffee while keeping a direct eye on their children, thanks to a fluid and caring layout.

The project rethinks the idea of a shared space by balancing comfort, safety and conviviality — halfway between a neighborhood café and an early-learning space.
