Rollout and adaptation of retail concepts in constrained environments (train stations, airports), designed to be duplicated across multiple sites.
The project carries an existing identity over to each location while adapting it to its specifics: floor area, customer flows, technical and regulatory constraints.
The work focuses on optimizing customer journeys, the legibility of the offer and operational performance, with particular attention to how quickly the space can be understood and used.
Reproducible principles (zoning, signage, materials) keep the concept consistent at scale while integrating local constraints.
